He's spending most of his time trying to organize, people, food, whatever else needed to be done. He couldn't just sit around after people started getting attached out in front of the mall. So while much of this planet's culture was lost on him (as in being stuck in a mall), Han knows how to utilize his surroundings.

And really that was all that mattered. In all reality it was quickly becoming a trade post and that was something he can handle. So with a box of supplies in hand, he heard the disembodied voice and stopped. It was a girl, maybe his age or around it. She was explicitly asking him for help which pretty much meant he couldn't say no.

"Where are you?" Maybe they could start with that.
