[ Amilyn hadn't seen the dark shape. She hadn't even been aware of how terribly the other group's expedition out there had gone. What she knew was there were still a determined few that wanted to see what they could glean about the creatures in the mist, and that she didn't want them to make the trip outside alone. Not when she could provide them with some backup.
She saw him hanging towards the back as the group gathered- shocked that it took him this long to speak up. This being a suicide mission didn't worry her as much as it should. She's already had some experience with that. ]
It may be, yes. [ She's certainly agreeing with him on that. But, in the hopes of not sparking panic among the rest of the group around them she, instead, tilts her head to the side, indicating him to join her away from the group.
