It was kind of adorable to watch her struggle with the cuffs while monologing (should he monologue? Was the the villain here?). Not that he would ever tell her she looked adorable while doing so because she was very clearly taking this all very seriously. To be honest he was kind of impressed because if she'd been after him this whole time she was good. He definitely would have noticed her like, following him around.

"Do you need help with that? And like... I think you have to tell me you're placing me under arrest? And read me my rights?" he said, genuinely curious if that was even a thing here. Did laws work like that in his place? "Also I'm really not sure how I'm supposed to graffiti without any paint. And zero art skills."

Not that he needed skill, he just got to the place and the compulsion took over, leaving a spider symbol behind.
